We sold lots of toys during the holiday season and now it's time to clear our those toys that aren't gonna make the cut in 2010. We need to make room for lots of cool new toys that will be headed our way the next couple of weeks as we restock from the craziness of the holiday season. 'It's Not Mean to Be Green' Special Storytime with author Jamie Kleman - February 27th at 11 am. Free $5 Gift-Certificate and You could win tickets to see the play!
 We don't wanna toot our own horn here at YoYo Joe's Toys & Fun, (er, ok, so yes we do) but we're awfully proud to have played a role in the upcoming production of 'It's Not Mean to Be Green, the Musical' at the duPont Theater. Last year we had a storytime with the author of 'It's Not Mean to Be Green,' a children's book about the environment. Several weeks later, we were meeting with people from the duPont Theater and they mentioned they were considering putting on their own production for the 2010 season of an environmentally themed play. We gave them a copy of the book and suggested they call the author - Jamie Kleman. Well, they met and hit it off and the Musical is set to debut this year! Jamie is coming in to do another reading of 'It's Not Mean to Be Green' on February 27th.
Everyone in attendence at the storytime will be given a $5 gift-certificate to YoYo Joe's! Jamie will also be bringing some tickets to give out, so be sure to be here for this event! Gift-Certificates will be handed out after the reading to those in attendence. Each certificate can be redeemed for any purchase - limit one per person per transaction, please! Delaware Children's Museum Event sponsored by YoYo Joe's Toys & Fun
 YoYo Joe's Toys & Fun is thrilled to sponsor the first D@D event (Dads at the Delaware Children's Museum) on Saturday, February 27th 9 - 11 am. It's a Pancakes & Play Breakfast upstairs at the Wilmington Riverfront Market. Join Joe & his son Ethan for a activity filled morning and pancakes. The event is $7 a person, but it's free if you become a Delaware Children's Museum Member! (You know you're gonna join anyway, so it's like getting free pancakes!)
